We're not completely sure we're on board with this idea. Should you really be losing a few pounds now just to make room in the waist for the holiday treats?

We love dinner ideas!



One of our favorite resources for delicious, quick bites throughout the week - Weeknight Bite - has a great idea (for the week or your upcoming weekend - we know it's five days away but....) 



Ingredients
1 package (2 1/2 cups of steamed lentils - or cook your own lentils and allow them to cool before putting together the rest of the ingredients
1/2 package of Fresh Bruschetta Sauce - drained of some oil first
1/2 cup freshly shaved parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley - finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together and enjoy with a variety of options - taco shells, tortilla chips, and more!
