7 ways to make running more fun...


If you're thinking of joining us select Saturdays for the Dynamic You Fitness Run Club and you're teetering on your decision, or if you're a regular runner but lately the fun is gone, Shape Magazine has some ways to make running more fun. 

One tip is all about disconnecting. From the gadgets that is. It's easy to forget the reason you started running...the reasons beyond calorie-burning, building muscle and improving your endurance. Instead of worrying about your distance or heart-rate, re-connect with the breeze on your face, the feeling of your feet hitting the ground, the high you get as you round the last corner.
