New to Dynamic You Fitness? This one's for you.

If you're new to Dynamic You Fitness, we're excited to have you! We appreciate your interest in wanting to give us a try. We thought we'd spend a few minutes sharing some tips to get you started on the right foot. So before you head over to our studio, here's what you need to know.


1. If you haven't already done so, create an account at www.dynamicyoufitness.com
and then contact our office to let us know you're ready to activate your unlimited month of group fitness classes by calling 310.287.0943 or emailing us at info@dynamicyoufitness.com

2. Schedule your classes! You may take up to two classes a day (as many of our instructors would note, however, if you've got the energy for two you're probably not working to your full potential in the first one) and you may book up to ten days in advance.

3. Eat before your workout!


And if you're wondering what the best options are for pre-workout, we have a few ideas


4. Bring a water bottle to class. We are eco-friendly at Dynamic You Fitness. And our filtered water tastes better in a re-usable water bottle. Really.


5. Join your instructor in the Group Fitness studio - Suite 110 - for your class. If you're a few minutes early, you're welcome to drop by our Personal Training studio - Suite 140.
