Re-thinking your goals

One of our clients came by this morning to have 30 day measurements taken. They bounded in the room, easily removed their shoes and practically floated to the scale. Of course, we wish everyone was so excited to come in for measurements and to see the progress they've made over the last month. But unfortunately, despite real effort from most of you, there tends to be trepidation and fear. And though we often see a grin appear once we're through, there are times when disappointment appears instead.

Sometimes, re-focusing your goals (and not avoiding the reality of your progress, or lack thereof) is the way to create space for success. Shape Magazine recently shared some information about this very subject. Sometimes, setting a goal not related to numbers can make all the difference in achieving a positive change.
