And today we're welcoming in one of our Dynamic You Fitness instructors, Kayla (you may remember she shared her amazing Sushi Salad recipe a few weeks ago) who has recently written about juicing on her blog. She shares the advantages, disadvantages and gets to the bottom line of what the best route is when it comes to this form of nutrition.
