We couldn't be more proud of our Dynamic You Fitness clients. So many of them arrive each week, shoes laced up, ready to work their hardest. Whether they're holding a TRX plank in Megan's class, fighting through a minute of bur-pees in Kayte's boot camp, lunging back and forth across the studio at Donna's request, or holding a Yoga pose that looks as challenging as it feels in Rachel's class they are pushing themselves. But four to six hours of an intense workout each week is only a part of the puzzle. The rest of the time it's important to be making healthy, wholesome, delicious choices when it comes to food. And, perhaps sadly, this isn't the solution...
We kicked off our "Night of Nutrition" workshop series last night with some tasty bites, healthy ideas, great nutritional advice and encouragement. Nancy, our weekend manager, and Josh, one of our personal trainers and instructors, led the way with great information about the importance of breakfast, protein after a workout, the way to balance your plate and more.
Nancy and Josh enthusiastically shared their knowledge with our clients, along with a taste of a protein shake, salad and protein bars. Good advice and tasty bites....win, win.
