Motivation Monday

At Dynamic You we're all about encouragement, motivation and celebrating accomplishments. So each Monday we're sharing some motivation to get your week started on the right note.
Spend the weekend indulging a little? Miss your workout(s)? It doesn't mean your week has to be the same. And it doesn't matter whether everyone else around declined the extra glass of wine, skipped dessert or managed to make it to their fitness class. Sometimes making it to the class is the best you can do. Other times it's about pushing yourself harder than you did the time before.


It's so easy for us to beat ourselves up from time to time. Or maybe all the time. And most of us do it. Actually, if we're honest, we probably all do it. But being kind to ourselves is an incredibly important thing to focus on each day, even if it doesn't come naturally.


So today, make yourself a priority. Make the commitment today to be good to yourself. Remember you don't have to be perfect, you just have to try.
