If you've ever taken Dynamic You Fitness instructor Megan's TRX + Kettlebells class, you know she takes sweating and working hard seriously.
There's no doubt you're going to build muscle, burn calories and work parts of the body differently than in any other kind of workout. You'll want to run away, but secretly you're thanking her.
She takes eating seriously too. It's important to replenish your body with healthy foods, but they gotta be delicious too. And fun.
So for today's Taste It Tuesday, Megan suggests Banana Pancakes.
Here's what you'll need:
1 egg
1 egg white
1 banana
1/2 tbsp Flax or Chia seeds
1/2 tbsp (or more - your call) of Coconut Oil
Combine the egg, egg white, flax or chia seeds, and banana and whip together
(we can't say the batter looks amazing)
Heat a pan and warm up the coconut oil before adding the batter.
Try them with blueberries and almond butter (a great substitution for syrup) - and you have a delicious breakfast. Or lunch. Or dinner. We're not discriminating when it comes to when these are best eaten and enjoyed.
Now we're hungry.
