A Pain in the Back

We know...you usually read blogs to escape from your work throughout the day (don't worry, we know it's only a couple of minutes and we won't tell) and this week our blog is focusing on work. So...that's no escape. However, we're hoping some of the things we are sharing make the work day less painful, frustrating, difficult or challenging. And today we've invited Dynamic You Yoga & TRX Suspension Training instructor, Rachel, to help untangle some of the mystery and pain surrounding our back.
