We all want our metabolism working at it's peak. Ideally, your choices throughout the day raise your metabolic rate, rather than slow it down. But it's possible some of your daily choices are actually sabotaging your rate. Check out the article in Shape Magazine about some of the ways you may be causing your metabolism to drop. There is some great advice in the article, but it seems the key is eating the right foods in the proper quantity.
