Stay on track when you travel

For some of you, this might be very true.
And even though it doesn't actually happen for most people, there's still a pretty good chance you're going to travel some.


If you're preparing for a trip - whether business, vacation, a trip to see family, a weekend getaway...you need to be prepared in more than one way. 


For some 'adventure' can mean not planning. 
But for others, the amount of worrying before you plan to leave home can be overwhelming.


Join us at Dynamic You for our next nutrition workshop on Thursday, April 25th from 7:30 to 8:00 pm. Members of the Dynamic You team will share some great information, tips, and tricks to help your next trip go smoothly. You'll get some great ideas for snacks, as well as fitness moves to keep you feeling fit while you're away from your beloved Dynamic You Fitness classes. 
We won't, however, be teaching you the best way to pack. 


Whether spending time in the air, on the road, in a hotel or in someone's home we'll give you some easy, quick solutions to keep you feeling fit, strong and healthy while you're gone. 


Just about any time you leave the house it's important to be prepared. We have a hunch some people with crazy lives and many to care for think this...


Perhaps our snack ideas will make an afternoon of errands easier too!
Our workshop tips will assure you traveling doesn't have to be stressful. With a little careful planning, it can be fun, enjoyable and stress-free. Or at least a bit less overwhelming.
