Piloxing comes to Dynamic You Fitness!

If you've ever seen the look of pure joy on someone's face, you know it comes from a place deep inside. And it's immediately recognizable. Often the first thought is "Whatever they're having, we'll have some too."


That right there is pure joy. Viveca Jensen, founder and CEO of Piloxing, is a professional dancer, Pilates instructor, bodybuilder, and personal trainer. She wanted to create a fitness program which builds upon the fundamentals of Pilates, as well as her education, training and life experiences in fitness. Piloxing is a blend of Pilates and Boxing, infused with the flavor of dance. 
It's fun, builds strength, lengthens and tones your muscles, and increases your endurance. 

We invite you to try a class at Dynamic You Fitness with Master Trainer Tiffany Tynes on Saturday, April 27th. Please arrive no later than 9:45 am to meet our guest instructor, learn about the workout and ask any questions you may have! We'll start promptly at 10 am and conclude at 11 am!


All Dynamic You Fitness clients may register for this class as you would any other! The cost mentioned is simply for those not already part of the fitness studio.
